Job Title: Systems & Support Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Systems and Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role is designed for a versatile professional who enjoys the variety of resolving complex user tickets but thrives when driving business systems projects forward. As a financial institution, we operate in a high-security, regulated environment that requires both technical precision and a commitment to member service. Because this role provides direct, hands-on support to our staff and requires close collaboration with departmental leaders on business system improvements, this is a full-time, in-office position located at our Plymouth, MI headquarters.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Solutions Associate (MCSA)
  • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in a corporate IT environment
  • Advanced proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windowsbased environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and modern device management (Intune/Endpoint Manager)
  • Proven track record of balancing day-to-day end-user support (ticketing systems, help desk escalations) with the successful delivery of business-facing IT projects
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, nontechnical language for credit union staff and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment where priorities can shift rapidly based on business needs
  • Experience working in a regulated industry; understands the importance of data security, compliance, and confidentiality (especially relevant to financial institutions)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a Credit Union or Bank, particularly with core processing systems (e.g., Jack Henry, Fiserv, or Symitar)
  • Familiarity with NCUA regulations, SOC2 compliance, and/or general cybersecurity frameworks
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks and data exports
  • Demonstrated experience playing a primary role in IT business projects (e.g., software migrations, hardware refreshes, or system integrations)

Pay

$23.08 - $25.64 an hour depending on experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered above this range.
